CEAUK - The True Costs of a Commercial EPC
The last few months has seen a great deal of activity here at CEAUK as more landlords, commercial agents and commercial property companies have been using our services.
We are still managing to turn many commercial epc's around within 24 hours but there are a few that do take a bit longer. Not all commercial property is the same - luckily - otherwise this would be an extremely boring job and it is this diversification of property and HVAC systems that helps keep CEAUK to the fore.
Our experience in handling a wide variety of properties from simple shop units in a retail parade to the more majestic and challenging Grade II Listed buildings all add to our expertise and means that unlike other companies our broad base and depth of experience means that we can complete the job quicker and more efficiently than others, and more importantly provide more accurate results than others.
There has been a tendency for our company to be called upon to provide re-tests on properties that have already been energy assessed - and the reason is simple we are simply better than most at researching the building and its environment and it is this information that provides the basis for the eventual results in an energy assessment.
So the choice is yours - an inaccurate epc provided by someone or some company that has little or no understanding of the building or you can choose to have an energy performance certificate that actually means something and reflects the true energy usage of the building with recommendations that if acted upon would actually save you money.
